A 70s style project home was transformed into a luxury four bedroom, four bathroom country home with an architect-designed extension and extensive renovations throughout.  The existing main bathroom and ensuite were gutted and two new ensuites were created to service the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Underfloor heating in each was installed with inclusion of high-end tiles, fittings and fixtures. A new custom-designed kitchen was installed, the laundry renovated, a new study area created and custom built-in joinery to the loungeroom. The extension included an over-sized master bedroom and a fully tiled ensuite complete with luxury fittings and fixtures, bespoke joinery and views to the golf course beyond.  Every bathroom enjoyed floor to ceiling tiling, bespoke joinery and high end finishes. An extensive covered outdoor area with built-in BBQ was created, better connecting the indoors to the lush landscaping at the rear of the house. Extensive dry-laid stone walls were constructed, extending from the front of the house, down the side and into the rear garden. They abutted, long, winding crazy-paved pathways and created stately walls between lush grass areas and beautiful garden beds.
