This expansive 90s custom-designed Highlands home benefited greatly from the total renovation of the main bathroom, ensuite and powder room. The dated spaces were brought to life with the installation of classic floor-to-ceiling porcelain tiles which highlighted the beautifully detailed cornices. Instead of conventional screen enclosures, we created walk-in showers with the construction of screen walls at 1.3m high x 1m wide which were then fully tiled. Each space featured wall-hung vanities to provide the illusion of more space, deep, round ceramic basins, mirror-glass cabinetry, cantilevered LED lights and designer chrome tapware. The installation of underfloor heating and heated towel rails provide for extra comfort in the chilly Highlands Winters.
